Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accrual‑based accounting and month‑end close procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance.
