Job summary

IXIS is seeking a dynamic Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations in a fast-growing SaaS start-up. You will oversee accounting, FP&A, cash flow, and external reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial statements.

This role offers remote or hybrid work options and a pathway to strategic financial leadership. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting/finance, CPA/CMA preferred, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Rippling, and Maxio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, 3+ in leadership roles.
• Experience in SaaS start-up or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and external reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and GL.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgets, and cash-flow management.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax professionals, and leadership on strategic matters.
