Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Corporate Compensation Analyst to join our team. You will partner with HR and business leaders to analyze compensation data, support pay decisions, and administer incentive programs, helping attract, retain, and reward top talent.

Youll participate in annual compensation initiatives, ensure compliant practices, and drive improvements in compensation processes and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in compensation, HR, or data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external compensation data to support pay decisions and program effectiveness.
• Perform market pricing and benchmarking to keep compensation competitive.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and classifications.
• Assist with administration of bonus and incentive plans and performance tracking.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership and executive teams.
