Job summary

BNSF Railway in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Corporate Communications Summer Intern for 2027. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on assignments with some remote work once a week in a supportive environment. Anticipated start date: 06/07/2027, relocation may be required if outside 50 miles.

You will assist with writing internal news, creating content for employee apps and social media, monitor analytics, and support events and publications under the Corporate Communications team.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• GPA at least 2.75.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Communications or Journalism.
• Less than three years of professional work experience (excluding internships).

Responsibilities

• Write company news and features for internal websites and channels.
• Support content development for employee apps and social media.
• Monitor website and social media analytics.
• Assist in graphic design for digital and print publications.
• Support events, recognition programs, and research for company communications.
