Qualifications

• Diplomacy and ability to handle confidential issues professionally.
• Excellent oral and written communication; maintain emotional stability.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving and policy interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suites and Microsoft Office.
• Active driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance for service areas.

Responsibilities

• Serves as messenger of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Visits worksites weekly to build relationships with employees.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions and makes referrals as needed.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals and grief support.
• Coordinates death or injury notifications with client companies.
• Supports post-termination care and transition for employees.
• Facilitates, but does not lead, spiritual enrichment activities.
• Provides resources to employees for life issues.
