Qualifications

• Experience with J-SOX ITGC testing across North American entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate internal audits and J-SOX ITGC testing across MMA, MCI, MMSCO and MCOL.
• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans and monitor remediation.
• Manage staff and coordinate with management to drive findings and actions.
• Ensure compliance with IIA standards and GAAP in audit work.
• Present plans, results, and risks to management and the Audit Committee.
