Job summary

Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) is seeking a Corporate Audit Manager to lead corporate audits, risk assessments, and J-SOX ITGC testing across MMA, MCI, MMSCO and MCOL. You will develop internal controls, mentor staff, and partner with GLAD to communicate plans, results, and risks to management.

The role requires 7+ years of audit leadership experience, CPA or CIA preferred, and strong English communication. Remote work is available in permitted states including Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance degrees or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading internal audits in corporate settings.
• Knowledge of J-SOX ITGC and GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits across Mazda North American entities including J-SOX ITGC.
• Develop and monitor long-term Audit Plan and risk assessments.
• Present plans and findings to management and Audit Committee.
• Oversee staff development and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
