Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, business, or transactional law.
• Strong experience with commercial agreements, M&A, and contract drafting.
• Familiarity with U.S. regulatory and commercial compliance requirements.
• Experience as outside counsel, in-house counsel, or legal consultant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate and commercial documents, including M&A transactions.
• Draft and refine contractual language for clarity, consistency, and enforceability.
• Evaluate compliance with applicable U.S. corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Identify transactional risks, obligations, and risk allocation improvements.
• Provide structured feedback on AI-generated legal content and scenarios.
