Qualifications

• 3+ years of M&A experience, with sophisticated transactional experience in the insurance brokerage industry.
• Experience handling traditional M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side.
• Familiarity with capital raises, internal perpetuation transactions, and related corporate matters involving insurance agencies.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
