Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Corporate group in a fully remote role. The position offers a salary in the $150,000–$170,000 range and requires J.D. with bar admission, plus strong experience in corporate law, contracts, and IP matters.

You will advise clients, structure and negotiate deals, and contribute to governance and financing activities while operating from any remote location in the U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic performance and bar admission.
• Experience drafting board/shareholder resolutions, operating agreements, and incentive plans.
• Expertise in corporate formation, governance, financing, and IP rights.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, document, and manage corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic business and legal advice to clients on general matters.
• Advise on contractual rights and responsibilities arising from agreements.
