Confidential Client, a leading New York-based corporate law firm, seeks an experienced Transactional Corporate Attorney for a fully remote role. You will handle fund formations, credit transactions, private equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions, working closely with clients and the team to deliver high-quality services.

Ideal candidates have BigLaw experience, 3+ years in transactional corporate law, and NY Bar admission (Delaware Bar a plus).

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.

About the Role

As a Transactional Corporate Attorney, you will work on complex and rewarding projects, including fund formation, credit transactions, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, structured equity investments, and other corporate matters. Key Responsibilities
