Jensen Hughes is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join the team in a remote capacity. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Corporate Accounting and focuses on US GAAP and close processes across 25+ entities.

You will manage accounting operations, treasury and cash management, and support audits and lender reporting. You will coach an accounting team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with leadership and external parties to ensure accurate financial reporting

Competenze

• BS in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA highly preferred.
• 7+ years of applicable experience, with at least 2 years in management.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency with MS Excel; Deltek Costpoint experience a plus.
• Ability to shift priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven leadership and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Directly manage a General Ledger manager, Treasury Manager and one Senior Accountant; mentor the team.
• Oversee monthly close process and ensure deadlines and accurate GAAP reporting.
• Oversee consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations across entities.
• Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee treasury and cash management across multiple banking platforms.
• Support annual and interim US audit and lender reporting.
• Participate in financial integrations of domestic and foreign subsidiaries.
• Contribute to system upgrades and end-to-end testing of changes.
• Draft internal accounting memos and research complex accounting topics for audit.
• Collaborate with AP/AR/Project Finance/FP&A to implement policies and workflows.
• Develop and implement efficient procedures while maintaining accuracy.
