Responsibilities

• Provide support to Abbott Core Laboratory customers and field personnel as the primary contact for high- complexity instruments for onsite integration and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrument and reagent problems onsite or over the phone.
• Document information into the complaint handling system and maintain technical competence on assigned instruments.
