Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive operations or related roles within nonprofit or small-to-mid-size organizations.
• Experience managing distributed teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and execution skills.
• Familiarity with nonprofit compliance, contracts, and fundraising coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR, IT, and other operations components; ensure systems support program delivery and investments.
• Lead governance, budgeting, controls, and risk management in a growing nonprofit.
• Collaborate with CEO/CFO to align resources with strategic priorities and KPIs.
• Represent operations in external meetings with funders, partners, and stakeholders.
