Seamless.AI Leads is seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations of our remote lead generation services, ensuring efficient service delivery and top-tier client satisfaction. You will design processes, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with client-facing teams to align operations with strategic goals.

This fully remote contract role requires strong leadership, analytics, and financial oversight to support sustainable growth and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and business planning experience.
• Operations management with process optimization and workflow design.
• Advanced data analytics to define KPIs and drive decisions.
• Finance and budgeting, operating budgets, cost control, reporting.
• Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or data/lead generation.
• Experience leading remote teams and cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
