Role Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient delivery of lead generation services and client satisfaction in a fully remote, contract role. This includes designing and optimizing business processes, managing performance metrics, coordinating with client-facing teams, and implementing operational best practices across data collection and quality control. The COO will collaborate closely with leadership on business planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth. Responsibilities also include developing operational policies, monitoring budgets, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives based on analytical insights. The role requires regular communication with distributed teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment on strategic and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Planning and strategic leadership skills, with experience defining and executing operational roadmaps.
• Proven Operations Management experience, including process optimization, performance management, and workflow design.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, define KPIs, and drive decision-making based on measurable results.
• Solid Finance and Budgeting skills, including managing operating budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or data/lead generation businesses is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, build cross-functional alignment, and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
