Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a 100% remote Controller for a client in the Milwaukee, WI area. The role oversees an outsourced provider, owning financial reporting and partnership tax accounting, and acts as primary liaison to auditors, PE sponsor, lenders, and executive leadership.

The successful candidate will have a CPA license, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership; public accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including controllership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outsourced provider's day-to-day execution.
• Own all financial reporting, including partnership tax accounting.
• Serve as the key point of contact for the auditor, private equity sponsor, lenders, and executive leadership.
