e2E, LLC is seeking a Controller/CFO Consultant to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis for entrepreneurial clients. The role blends technical accounting with strategic guidance and may supervise other CFO consultants on project-based engagements.

The position offers remote or hybrid work arrangements in the Kansas City area, with responsibility for client engagements, invoicing oversight, and process improvement across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years in a Controller role with direct supervisory experience; CPA firm experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Coordinate client engagements and support CFO Consultants on projects.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure reporting integrity and compliance.
• Mentor accounting staff and monitor engagement deadlines across clients.
