The successful candidate will lead engagements, supervise staff, and ensure timely, compliant financial statements while delivering strategic insights to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• Experience supervising staff within a controller role is expected.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance and operational efficiency for client engagements.
• Lead or support CFO consultants on engagements depending on project scope.
• Review and prepare client financial statements, taxes, and schedules.
• Mentor accounting staff and manage engagement deadlines.
