Job summary

OKSI is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts. You will work with Contracts, Program Management, and Business Development to keep administration and subcontracting on track.

You will draft, review, and manage NDAs, PSAs, MSAs, and flow-down clauses, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and audit readiness while enabling timely renewals and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in U.S. Government contracting, procurement, or acquisition.
  • Familiarity with contract types: FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, and IDIQ/task-order vehicles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across program, finance, and BD teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

  • Administer awarded government prime contracts and commercial agreements from pre-award through closeout; maintain contract files, correspondence logs, and deliverable tracking.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements including PSAs and MSAs; Administer NDAs with partners, teaming organizations, and vendors; track renewal and expiration dates.
  • Support procurement and subcontracting, including issuance of subcontracts and teaming agreements with FAR/DFARS flow-down clauses; monitor subcontractor performance and invoicing.
  • Review and interpret contract terms and flow-down requirements for compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific supplements.
  • Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, and agency supplements; support DCAA/DCMA audit prep; maintain CDRLs and reporting obligations.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract files and support internal and government audits as needed.

The Role

OKSI is looking for a Contracts Specialist to support the full contract lifecycle across our federal and commercial agreements. You'll work directly with our Contracts, Program Management, and Business Development teams to keep contract administration, commercial agreements, and subcontracting moving accurately and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Compensation And Benefits
  • $70,000 - $110,000. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications and the budget allocated for this role.

Additional Requirements
  • You must have, or be eligible to obtain, a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance. You will be subject to government security investigations and must be able to access classified information. The inability to obtain a security clearance will result in you being ineligible for the position.

  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C.
