Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support legal, risk management, and lifecycle management of federal and commercial contracts. The role involves review, negotiation, and paralegal assistance under Senior Counsel supervision.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in contract analysis, 2+ years with federal contracts, and strong FAR/DFARS knowledge. This is a full-time remote/hybrid role with emphasis on strict accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years contract analysis in professional services or law firm.
• 2+ years reviewing federal government contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs.
• Familiar with FAR/DFARS clauses and federal compliance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex contracts for obligations and risks.
• Negotiate terms with clients and vendors to align with policy.
• Evaluate indemnification, liability, insurance and confidentiality terms.
• Review NDAs and other documents with risk alignment.
• Provide paralegal support including subpoenas and discovery.
• Draft legal correspondence and maintain contract records.
• Maintain contract management spreadsheets and tracking.
• Collaborate with Senior Counsel to resolve issues.
