Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support our legal and risk management functions through the review, negotiation, and management of complex commercial and federal government contracts. This role reports to Senior Counsel and emphasizes meticulous contract analysis, drafting, and documentation within a deadline-driven environment.

The position is full-time with a remote work arrangement (PST/MT time zones preferred) or a hybrid option for candidates near a Tetra

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing contracts in a professional services or law firm setting.
• 2+ years of experience reviewing federal government contracts.

Mansioni

• Review and analyze complex commercial and federal government contracts to identify contractual obligations, potential risks, and terms requiring modification.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and others to support objectives while aligning with risk standards.
• Provide paralegal support including responses to subpoenas, document production, and discovery matters under supervision of in-house counsel.
• Maintain contract management spreadsheets and tracking systems to monitor status and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Senior Counsel and internal stakeholders to address questions and facilitate timely contract review and execution.
