Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support legal operations and risk management across complex commercial and federal government contracts. You will review terms, negotiate with clients and vendors, and help protect the company's interests while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and related government requirements.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, public administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years analyzing contracts in a professional services or law firm setting.
2+ years reviewing federal government contracts.
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and NDAs.
Working fluency with FAR/DFARS clauses, flow-down requirements, and federal compliance obligations (including TINA, Service Contract Act, Buy American Act, and cybersecurity requirements such as DFARS 252.204-7012 and CMMC)

Review and analyze complex commercial and federal government contracts to identify contractual obligations, potential risks, and terms requiring clarification or modification.
Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other external parties to support business objectives while maintaining alignment with company policies and established risk management standards.
Evaluate contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, insurance, confidentiality, and other relevant terms, and recommend appropriate modifications to mitigate potential legal and financial exposure.
Provide paralegal assistance under the supervision of in-house counsel, including supporting responses to subpoenas, document production requests, interrogatories, and other written discovery matters.
Maintain accurate contract management spreadsheets, tracking systems, and supporting documentation to monitor contract status, negotiations, outstanding items, and related legal matters.
Collaborate with Senior Counsel and appropriate internal stakeholders to address contractual questions, resolve outstanding issues, and facilitate timely contract review and execution.
