Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contracts oversight, legal operations, and risk management for federal government and commercial work.

You will review, analyze, and negotiate contracts under Senior Counsel guidance, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies. This full-time role offers 100% remote or hybrid options and requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field, and equivalent experience.
• 3+ years analyzing contracts in professional services or law firms.
• 2+ years reviewing federal government contracts.
• Experience drafting and negotiating primes, subcontracts, NDAs.
• FAR/DFARS clauses and federal compliance knowledge.
• Experience with GSA Schedules, GWACs, and IDIQ management.
• Familiarity with cost/pricing and proposal basis-of-estimate.
• Proficiency with SAM.gov, eSRS, FPDS, and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-contract stakeholders.
• 1 year in consulting or DoD/ contracting; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex contracts for obligations and risks.
• Negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate provisions to mitigate exposure and recommend changes.
• Review NDAs and related documents, propose revisions.
• Provide paralegal support, including subpoenas and discovery.
• Draft and prepare legal correspondence and documents.
• Maintain contract management spreadsheets and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Senior Counsel and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidential records per policy and requirements.
• Perform recurring contract analysis and administrative tracking.
