Job summary

Golden Hippo is seeking aContracts Paralegal to support its in-house Legal team across the full contract lifecycle, from intake to drafting and negotiation, through monitoring and auditing. The role includes drafting, templates, clause libraries, and audits.

You will handle terms for websites, privacy policies, vendor and product agreements, and corporate maintenance while working remotely in the United States. A strong background in contracts and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Draft, revise, and proofread routine contracts.
• Proficiency with contract-management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Strong accountability, self-motivation and drive.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience using large language model platforms in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial contracts function across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Conduct periodic audits of contracts for expirations, auto-renewals, and renegotiation opportunities.
• Draft and negotiate contracts including website terms, privacy policies, talent releases, manufacturing agreements, service agreements, influencer agreements, and product agreements.
• Support corporate maintenance activities, including entity management and governance filings.
