Qualifications

• Draft, revise, and proofread routine contracts with accuracy.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.
• Audit contracts for expiration dates, renewal terms, and renegotiation opportunities.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements including website terms and privacy policies.
• Support corporate maintenance, entity management, and governance filings.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial contracts function from intake to execution.
• Develop standardized templates and clause libraries for efficiency.
• Conduct periodic contract audits for risk and opportunities.
• Draft and negotiate a broad set of agreements (website terms, policies, NDAs, vendor).
• Assist with corporate maintenance and governance records.
