Pitcoff Law Group is a high-performing virtual boutique commercial litigation and corporate law firm, strategically located in New York City, with additional offices in New Jersey and South Florida. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch legal services to our clients, and we’re expanding our team.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a business litigator with strong experience in commercial litigation. Insurance defense experience is a plus, along with corporate transactional experience, though these areas are not required. The ideal candidate is comfortable stepping into active litigations immediately. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere, with potential opportunities to handle additional matters in New York, New Jersey, and beyond.

• Pay Rate: $100 to $150 per hour, based on experience
• Type: Contract position with potential for extension based on availability and performance
• Experience: Business litigation experience required; insurance defense/personal injury and/or corporate transactional experience a plus but not mandatory
• Location: Remote, with offices in NY, NJ, and South Florida
• Additional Experience: Corporate law background and additional state bar licenses are advantageous
