Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field.
• Three or more years of legal experience in contract drafting, preparation, and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, writing and communication abilities.
• Proficient in computer and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise proposed contracts for policy, guidelines, and legal compliance.
• Draft, review, and execute contracts with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Interpret contract language and resolve issues for clients.
• For managed care: analyze terms and prepare data for management review.
• Maintain contract files, logs, and correspondence databases.
