Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, is seeking a Contracts Manager (Remote) to support the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket unit. The role collaborates with internal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts, manage complex proposals, and ensure compliance with FAR regulations.

The position emphasizes strong writing, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to advance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Travel to site locations may be required in the future.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with government contracting, including FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations and commercial item contracting.
• Experience with contract formation (NDAs, MOUs, MOAs) and with proposal compliance reviews, terms and conditions review, and contract negotiations.

The Contracts Manager will play a key role in supporting the P&C Mil Spares EPS aftermarket business. This onsite role will be based in Rockford, IL, and reports directly to the P&C AM Senior Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager will have a working knowledge of government contracting and will be responsible for managing a variety of contract activities in a fast-paced environment. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong negotiation and writing skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with government contracting, including FAR 12 and FAR 15 regulations and commercial item contracting.
• Experience with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs.
• Experience with proposal compliance reviews, terms and conditions review, and contract negotiations.
