Whalar, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a mid-level Business Affairs Contracts Manager for a 2‑month contract in New York, NY with remote options. Start ASAP. You will draft, negotiate, and execute complex creator and talent agreements, collaborating with the Sr. Director, Business Affairs and two Contracts Managers.

You will manage multiple requests, maintain workflows in Asana, and ensure timely, compliant negotiations while supporting campaign timelines and internal partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management experience in creator economy, entertainment, digital media, or advertising.
• Experience drafting and negotiating creator and talent agreements.
• Understanding of advertising laws, FTC endorsement guidelines, and SAG-AFTRA or digital media talent standards.

Responsabilités

• Independently draft, review, redline, and negotiate complex creator and talent agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations with creators, talent agents, managers, and external legal counsel.
• Review contract terms with internal stakeholders and provide guidance during negotiation.
• Manage multiple contract requests, prioritizing deadlines to keep campaigns moving forward.
• Maintain contract workflows and documentation across internal systems (Asana, inboxes).
• Serve as a resource for contract-related questions and guidance to internal teams.
• Collaborate with the Business Affairs team to improve processes and efficiency.
