Director and two Contracts Managers. Role requires at least 3+ years in contract management within creator economy or advertising, with strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract management experience in creator economy/digital media/ads.
• Experience drafting and negotiating creator/talent agreements.
• Understanding of advertising laws, FTC guidelines, SAG-AFTRA or digital media standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate complex creator/talent agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations with creators, agents, managers, and external counsel.
