Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager specializing in construction contracts to lead cradle-to-grave contracting with FAR/DFARS governance and government subcontracts in the Marana/Arizona area.

The role supports direct contracting efforts for multiple LLCs and requires strong negotiation and risk-management skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in construction and architect-engineering contracts, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Business Administration, Contracting, or Finance.
• Ten (10) years minimum experience in construction and architect-engineering contracts and/or subcontract management.
• Experience with U.S. government construction contracting and prime/subcontract activities.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contract structure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, administer, and track subcontracts and related documents per FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Support project teams with contract guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, licenses, and risk requirements.
• Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, routing, and filing in SharePoint/Procore.
• Analyze contractual risks and advise on terms to limit exposure.
