Job summary

S & K Technologies, Inc. in Marana, AZ is seeking a Contracts Manager specialized in construction contracts to oversee cradle-to-grave contracting processes for the company's projects.

You will prepare and negotiate subcontracts and prime contracts, support project teams with contract guidance, and ensure full compliance with FAR/DFARS, Davis-Bacon, and related regulations; responsibilities include record keeping in SharePoint and Procore and development of contract templates.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years’ minimum experience in construction and architect-engineering contracts and/or subcontract management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field is required.
• Experience with U.S. government construction contracting and relevant FAR/DFARS provisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, administer, and track commercial and federal construction subcontracts and prime contracts, purchase agreements, Master Service Agreements, and related contract documents in accordance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Support Project Managers with contract guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure subcontract scope, deliverables, flow-down requirements, Davis-Bacon/SCAs, insurance, licensing, and risk requirements are captured and enforced.
• Interpret and apply required contract clauses, including FAR clauses and customer requirements.
• Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, routing, signatures, and filing per company policies.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks and compliance obligations.
• Maintain contract records in SharePoint and Procore repositories.
