Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager with a specialty in federal and commercial construction contracting. The role includes substantial subcontract creation and ongoing management to support three S&K Technologies, Inc. LLCs.

The position covers preaward and postaward responsibilities with emphasis on Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act requirements, including wage determinations, certified payrolls, and related FAR parts. Remote or Marana, AZ work location is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in federal and commercial construction contracting.
• Knowledge of Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act.
• Familiarity with wage determinations, certified payrolls, certificates of insurance, and bonding.
• Understanding of FAR Parts 36 and 37.

Preaward and postaward responsibilities in support of three S&K Technologies, Inc. LLCs focused primarily on Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act requirements. Requires a working knowledge of certificates of insurance, bonding, wage determination, certified payrolls and all facets of FAR Parts 36 and 37.

The S&K Technologies, Inc. contracts and compliance team provides centralized contracting support to all S&K Technologies, Inc. LLCs. The duty locations for this position are either in Marana, AZ (preferable) or 100% remote.
