Job summary

Required: 4+ years in contract management with EPC/construction exposure and a track record negotiating high-value agreements. Bachelor’s degree; related certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in contract management, procurement, or commercial roles with EPC/construction exposure.
• Experience negotiating high-value EPC, construction, or supply agreements.
• Hands-on drafting, redlining, and administering commercial agreements with key terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP/RFI process end to end with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate bid evaluation and award discussions for commercial risk.
• Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers and draft/modify agreements.
• Maintain templates and playbooks with Legal; manage contract execution.
