Silicon Ranch seeks a Contracts Manager to own EPC/ construction contracts, lead sourcing and negotiation efforts, and manage commercial risk across utility-scale solar projects. You will partner with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Delivery to drive contract performance and value.

This hands-on role requires robust negotiation experience, drafting skills, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and compliant commercial terms across the lifecycle.

Competenze

• 4+ years of contract management, commercial, or procurement experience, including at least 2 years with EPC or construction contracts.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, power, infrastructure, heavy civil, or large construction/EPC; solar/renewables preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial negotiations of high-value EPC, construction, or supply agreements.
• Hands-on drafting, redlining, and administering commercial agreements with knowledge of payment, milestones, LDs, warranties, indemnification, liability, insurance, change orders, termination.
• Familiarity with EPC/construction services agreement structures.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with delivery, engineering, finance, development, and legal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred: NCMA CPCM/CFCM, ISM CPSM, or PMP certification.

• Lead the RFI/RFP process end to end with engineering, finance, project management, and development.
• Facilitate pre-bid meetings and manage bidder communications.
• Drive competitive sourcing to reduce costs and maximize value.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid evaluation on price, schedule, scope, and risk.
• Present award recommendations to leadership.
• Negotiate and draft commercial terms with contractors and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Maintain templates, fallback positions, and a negotiation playbook with Legal.
• Coordinate contract execution: routing, execution, and distribution of fully executed agreements.
