Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Contracts and Budget Lead responsible for ensuring performance and compliance of assigned protocols in line with ICH/GCP and country regulations.

The role involves preparing, analyzing, negotiating, and revising clinical research contracts and budgets across all contract cycle stages under senior leadership. The position requires strong negotiation, budgeting, and regulatory compliance skills with experience in coordinating with CRM, CTC, CRA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience negotiating contracts or budgets.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and execute site agreements and budgets including CTAs, MCTRAs, CDAs, MCDA, IRAG, MFS, FUA, RLs, Amendments and Assignments.
• Maintain databases and files for contracts, approvals, and budgets with consistent naming and savings conventions.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with CRM, CTC, CRA, COM-R, Finance and legal for Site Ready Deliverables and risk mitigation.
