Based in Bridgeton, MO, with in-person or remote scheduling, the role handles data within Contract Management Software, pre-award through closeout, and oversees government spares contracts from quotation to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Contract/agreement briefing, negotiation and review experience.
• Experience monitoring contracts/subcontracts of increasing complexity and value.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on government contracts.
• Assist with negotiation and administration of agreements between company/customers/subcontractors/vendors.
• Review contractual documents for adherence to policy and government specifications.
• Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Prepare proposals and analyze price proposals.
