Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in contractor relations, account management, or a comparable role.
• Background in energy efficiency, home performance, weatherization, HVAC, or a related residential trade.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and support the contractor network for New Hampshire's IRA Home Energy Rebates programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and train contractors while managing complaints and disputes.
