Job summary

The Minnesota Alliance on Crime (MAC) is seeking a remote contract Training Coordinator to manage our training program for twelve months. The role is up to 40 hours per month at $35/hour, with a maximum annual payout of $16,800.

You will coordinate monthly webinars, secure trainers, handle contracts and certificates, arrange interpreters, and update the statewide training calendar while reporting training data to the executive director.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trainings and webinars.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly webinars and Fundamentals in Victim Services trainings.
• Secure trainers, create and send contracts, and manage certificates.
• Create registration pages, graphics, and distribute surveys for trainings.
• Maintain the statewide training calendar and track registrations/attendance.
• Provide training data and reports to MAC leadership.
