Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to support the Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, offering assessments for ADHD, autism, and learning differences. This contract role focuses on comprehensive evaluations across age groups and emphasizes whole-person care.

You will conduct cognitive, behavioral, and psychoeducational assessments, collaborate with psychometrists and care teams, and deliver actionable feedback through in-person and remote sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (APA accredited program).
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments (children, adolescents, or adults).
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a variety of test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide clear diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to oversee test administration, scoring, and quality control.
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and via feedback videos.
• Maintain meticulous testing data and comprehensive reporting; ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing strategies for virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions as indicated.
