• Strong knowledge of engineering, product, and design roles and levels.
• Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Ashby preferred.
• Proven track record building diverse, data-informed pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and run sourcing strategy across Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Conduct intake conversations with hiring teams to shape target profiles.
• Engage passive talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, forums, and conferences.
• Write personalized outreach that elicits responses from candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and build talent pipelines for future demand.
• Track pipeline health and report metrics to improve sourcing.
