Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle remotely. You will conduct intake meetings with clients, publish job ads, source passive candidates, and build strong relationships with candidates and client teams.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, present shortlists, keep clients updated on progress, and develop talent pipelines for future opportunities. English and Japanese language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an agency recruiter or in a sales-related role.
• Ability to manage full recruitment process: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Experience across multiple departments and seniority levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Publish job advertisements on career pages, boards, and social media.
• Source and approach passive candidates via online platforms.
