This fully remote role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, including licensing and NDAs, to support operations and ensure contracts are sound, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate holds an LLB with 4+ years of experience, strong contract law and IP knowledge, and proficiency with DocuSign, Teams, and Slack.

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and IP rights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements.

Requirements
