Qualifications
- Degree in Law.
- 5+ years of contract review or legal operations experience, including independent work.
- Experience reviewing B2B contracts and commercial documentation.
- Experience handling negotiations and representing company interests.
- Familiarity with multiple jurisdiction contract practices.
- Fluent English and Russian (C1 minimum).
- Experience using AI tools for contract analysis and writing prompts.
Responsibilities
- Review B2B commercial contracts for risk clauses and ambiguities.
- Prepare structured comments and revisions.
- Support multiple negotiation and revision cycles.
- Analyze waiver documents for accuracy and release provisions.
- Coordinate legal workflows and track document versions.
- Use AI tools for analysis, then validate outputs manually.
- Prepare materials for external counsel and internal teams.
