Job summary

LevelUp is seeking an experienced accountant for a 6-month contract supporting a US client's accounting team. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and follows US Central Time.

You will own accruals and close processes, prepare statements, and assist with audit prep, using Coupa, Carta, and advanced Excel workbooks.

Requires 4+ years of progressive accounting under US GAAP, strong Excel with pivot tables and XLOOKUP, and a detail‑oriented, independent problem solver.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting and US GAAP.
• Intermediate Excel with pivot tables and XLOOKUP.
• Independent problem solver with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own accruals, month-end close, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit prep and leverage Coupa, Carta, and advanced Excel workbooks.
