Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, BI, or data analytics supporting funnels.
• Strong SQL including window functions and cohort/time-to-event logic.
• Python for deeper analysis beyond BI tooling.
• Proven dashboard delivery in modern BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Superset).
• Experience defining metrics from ambiguous requirements and getting cross-functional sign-off.
• Ability to slice metrics across region, vendor, lead source, and market.

Responsibilities

• Define and build the rate metric layer with documented definitions agreed with stakeholders.
• Extend funnel reporting with lead-indexed views and connected vs. unconnected segments.
• Answer business questions on connection rate trends by region, vendor, and source.
• Quantify funnel impact and conversions for connected vs. unconnected leads.
• Diagnose funnel health and identify largest step losses; compare against plan.
