Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a quantitative field.
• Deep expertise in product analytics or data science.
• Strong programming skills in Python or SQL.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Experience analyzing A/B experiments and statistical data.
• Experience designing and building metrics and data pipelines.
• Prior experience in a marketplace or business data science setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile, growth-minded, with a track record of delivering impact.

Responsibilities

• Be the Advanced Analytics owner and expert on domain datasets, working with large data sets to solve complex problems.
• Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, forecasting, and data presentation to identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments to measure feature impact and guide iterations.
• Design and build metrics and dimensions to monitor performance.
• Develop sophisticated reporting tools to enable data-driven decisions.
• Present findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and analytics techniques.
• Leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and empower stakeholders.
