Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead candidate sourcing and engagement, align role requirements with hiring managers, and develop ideal candidate profiles using LinkedIn and referrals.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, monitor time-to-fill, and partner with People and Finance to align headcount planning in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR with candidate sourcing and coordination.
• Experience across multiple recruitment stages from sourcing to offer.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates with hiring managers using LinkedIn, referrals and AI tools.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines; present profiles and refine sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from identification to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications for a smooth process.
• Maintain ATS records, notes, and recruiting metrics; monitor bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, People, and Finance to align headcount and offers.
• Refine job descriptions and processes; leverage technology to improve efficiency.
• Proactively follow up on actions and adapt to urgent hiring needs.
