This role emphasizes full lifecycle recruiting, diversity initiatives, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business needs.

You will drive sourcing strategies, manage candidates end-to-end, and promote best practices in interviewing and selection, with a focus on high-volume, high-quality hires in healthcare technology.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years recruiting experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Pro-active and results oriented; able to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with ATS and data-driven recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
• Own the recruiting process from screening to offer.
